The Setting
Punish the System is what happens when the people the System breaks decide to break it back. Connor Keene was alive, then he wasn’t, then he was something the System calls a Punisher. His backup is an insane System Sprite and a partner whose mind is being slowly co-tenanted by a murder-lizard. The establishment wants him to fall in line. He has other plans.
The series is gritty, fast, and unapologetic about its politics. Where most LitRPG treats the System as wish-fulfilment, this one treats it as a target. Co-authored with Cassius Lange and produced as a full-cast immersive audiobook by Soundbooth Theater.
Tone
Brutal, fast, often very funny in a manner the protagonist would object to. The post-apocalypse LitRPG with a chip on its shoulder.
